Installation
- Navigate to Apps in Odoo
- Search for pragtech_all_in_one_spa_salon
- Install the required modules
After installation:
- The SPA and Salon module will be available in the backend.
- POS will be installed automatically.
- A dedicated POS session designed for SPA and Salon operations will be available for appointment billing and walk-ins
Configuration
The module can be configured to match business requirements by setting up:
- Services with defined durations
- Specialists and their availability
- Specialist-wise service assignment
- Commission percentages per service
- POS sessions for SPA and Salon usage
Once configured, the system automatically handles:
- Time slot calculations
- Specialist availability checks
- Commission computation after checkout
Specialist creation and slot selection:
SPA and Salon → Services → Specialist
Service creation:
SPA and Salon → Services → Services
The product will be selected as a service type product automatically
by enabling is spa/salon boolean. Then you will have track raw
material consumption, completion time, assigned specialist kind of
details.
Giving raw materials will move out the raw material along with check out from inventory
Workflow
This screen provides a calendar-based view of all appointments. Staff can view bookings by date, specialist, or service, making it easy to manage schedules, identify availability, and avoid conflicts.
From the calendar, users can easily create bookings by selecting the time slot and assigning the specialist.
In the backend it displays all appointments in a structured list format. It allows users to quickly search, filter, and track appointment status, customer details, assigned specialists, and service timings.
This allows to get a detailed view on Services, specialists, and time slots selected while the system validates availability and service duration to prevent overlaps.
The system provides multiple stages to track the appointment flow, including Check-in, In Progress, and Checkout. Once checkout is completed, the payment is generated in POS.
The POS interface specifically designed for SPA and Salon operations. It supports appointment billing as well as walk-in customer service handling.
From here, the staff can search for existing appointment customers using a mobile number. Once identified, the appointment is linked directly to POS checkout, avoiding duplicate entries.
Now we have loaded the booking and now we can do payment processing. Once payment is completed, the appointment is marked as completed and specialist commission processing is triggered.
Now for walk-in customers, this allows staff to directly select services for walk-in customers from POS. Without any specific specialist, the services can be billed immediately without prior appointment booking. Choose the service and complete the payment.
After payment completion, the transaction is reflected in the backend and the specialist commission is automatically calculated.
Calculated commissions for specialists based on completed and paid appointments. No commission is generated for cancelled or unpaid bookings, ensuring accurate payouts.
Now for the pre-booking customers, we have a website. Here the customers can select one or multiple SPA or Salon services directly from the website.
Each service has a predefined duration, which is used by the system to calculate available time slots. Customers can combine services in a single booking request.
Based on the selected services, the system automatically lists the specialist where the customer can choose their specialist. And according to the selection of specialists the availability and service durations are displayed.

- If a single specialist is available, a common time slot is displayed
- If not, the system identifies consecutive time slots with different specialists
Once the booking is confirmed the slot will be removed in order to avoid multiple bookings.
From my account details, I will be able to view the bookings that I have created so far along with its status.
Customers can cancel a specific booking from their view as long as it has not been checked in.

A common time slot is a period during which a single specialist is available to perform all selected services continuously. The system automatically checks:
- Specialist availability
- Service durations
- Continuous time feasibility
If a single specialist is not available, the system:
- Checks consecutive availability with different specialists
- Assigns each service to the next available specialist
- Ensures no overlaps or gaps between services
In consecutive time slot booking:
- Service 1 is scheduled with Specialist A
- Service 2 starts immediately with Specialist B
- Services run back-to-back based on duration
Yes. If neither a common slot nor valid consecutive slots are available:
- The system shows “No available slots”
- The booking cannot be completed
Each service has a defined completion time (duration). Based on this duration:
- The start and end time are auto-calculated
- Only valid time slots are shown to the customer
- Overlapping bookings are prevented
Specialist commission is configured:
- As a percentage per service
- Calculated only after POS checkout
- After service completion
- After POS checkout
- No commission for cancelled or unpaid bookings
Yes. Customers can book appointments online, select services, check availability, and confirm bookings directly from the website.
