Installation
Install the Odoo onedrive connector by going into the Apps -> pragtech_onedrive_integration.
Configuration
To configure OneDrive integration, first set up the application:
- Go to the OneDrive / Azure Application page and sign in with your account.
- Add a new Application by specifying a name and creating the application.

Add a new Web platform and allow implicit flow.
The Redirect URL should be your Odoo instance URL ending
with
/get_onedrive_token.
Check Live SDK support.
Generate a new password and use it as the Secret Key.
Copy both App Client ID and App
Secret.
Once the application is created, configure it in Odoo:
- Go to Odoo → General Settings.
- Enter the Client ID and Secret Key in OneDrive Settings.
- Click on Login and Confirm for the first time to authorize the OneDrive account that will be synchronized.
- After successful authorization, the buttons Upload to OneDrive and Download from OneDrive will be available.
Workflow
Dynamic Dashboard
It offers visibility into total storage usage, available space, file
counts, recent activity, and sync progress, along with quick
statistics such as total folders, synced files, and pending
synchronizations. Users can easily access recent files, preview
content, and manage large files through storage breakdown insights
and activity tracking. The integration supports drag-and-drop
uploads, manual upload and download options, and file-level actions
like preview, download, and delete, all within a clean, responsive,
and user-friendly interface.
File Manager Interface
The OneDrive file browser displays all folders and files in both
list and grid views for easy navigation. A sidebar provides quick
access to My Files and main folders, while one-click actions allow
users to create new folders or upload files effortlessly. Each item
shows key details such as name, modified date, file size, and
sharing status, with support for sorting by name, size, or date. A
fast search bar enables instant file and folder discovery.
Attachment Box
This area lets you upload files easily by dragging and dropping them into the box. As soon as you drop the files, they are uploaded to OneDrive automatically.
Note: Files dragged and dropped from the dashboard will be uploaded to the OneDrive Odoo folder
Create a Data Directory in The OneDrive Cloud Storage.
Create Folder – Make a new folder inside OneDrive.
Manually Export File(s) from Odoo to OneDrive
Files Upload – Select and upload one or multiple files.
Folder Upload – Upload an entire folder with all its
