- Automatically create a driver user account at the time of driver creation
Payment Term
- Create and manage payment terms (e.g., Monthly)
- Define the billing period by setting the number of months
Student Location
- View all student locations in a single screen
- Filter students roll number-wise
Trip Plan
- Create trip plans with trip name, route, pickup time, and drop time.
- Assign vehicles to each trip plan.
- Set the trip amount for billing and invoicing.
Student Registration
- When the student roll number is selected, the student name, class, and section are automatically filled
- On selecting the trip plan, the trip amount is automatically populated
- On clicking Generate Vehicle Details, pickup and drop details are auto-filled based on the selected trip plan, along with vehicle details
- On clicking Create Invoice, the invoice is automatically generated and listed under Scheduled Invoices
- When a payment term is selected, the next invoice date is automatically calculated
- Once the invoice payment is completed, the Register button becomes available to register the particular student
- The scheduler "Create Invoices Automatically" generates invoices automatically when the current date matches the next invoice date.
- Another scheduler "Reminder for Invoice" sends an automatic WhatsApp reminder to the student's guardian when an invoice is not paid
Registered Students
- View all registered students in a single list
- Displays student details along with trip, vehicle, and registration status.
- Helps easily track active transport students.
Student Attendance
- Attendance is recorded trip-wise by selecting the relevant Trip Plan
- The system automatically displays pickup time, drop time, vehicle, institute, and attendance date
- Using Autofill Students, all students assigned to the selected trip are loaded automatically
- Attendance can be marked as Present or Absent, with an optional reason for absence.
- When the Complete button is clicked, the status changes to Completed and a WhatsApp message is sent to the student’s guardian confirming that the student has reached safely.
