Before configuring data feeds, first configure the products that will be included in them. In addition to the main product information, fill in the following fields:

• 01
  GTIN on the Extra tab:

• 02
  On the Data Feeds tab, in the Galaxus section:

• Shipment Type
• Minimum Order Quantity

After installing the module, open the list of feeds to prepare one of them for your needs. Go to the Website — eCommerce — Products — Product Data Feeds menu:

The module comes with three ready-to-use data feed templates configured according to Galaxus requirements:

Template feeds are marked in green in the list for easy identification.

The templates correspond to the three integration stages:

• Stage 1: provide basic product information required to upload the existing assortment to the marketplace
• Stage 2: provide product characteristics such as name, brand, category, codes, and images
• Stage 3: supplement product information with technical specifications and features

It is recommended to create a copy of each feed using the Duplicate action. Configure the copied feeds to match your business needs, while the original templates remain unchanged and serve as a reference with the default settings.

Feed Products

First, determine which products should be included in the data feed. Use the Item Filter to set the selection filters:

Click Edit Domain to specify which products should be included in the feed.

The Is Published rule is set by default, is mandatory, and should remain enabled if products are sold through an Odoo eCommerce website.

Click Confirm to save the changes. The number of products included in the feed is automatically recalculated based on the filter domain:

Repeat the Item Filter configuration for the other Digitec Galaxus feeds.

To manage the feed products, click the link with the number of records or use the Items button at the top of the feed form:

Price Configuration

Before connecting the feed to Galaxus, configure product prices. Go to the Settings tab and, in the Prices section, select a Pricelist. This pricelist is used to determine product prices:

If pricelists are not used, leave this field empty. In this case, the prices specified in the product records are applied.

To include promotional prices in the data feed, the Sale Pricelist field should also be set. This pricelist must be configured in advance and define discounted prices for products.

Stock Locations

The solution allows selecting warehouses (stock locations) for calculating on-hand quantities and product availability statuses.

Go to the Settings tab, Stock section. Select the desired Stock Locations in the field:

On-hand quantities for the data feed are calculated only for the specified locations.

If Stock Locations are not selected, on-hand quantities are calculated for all company locations.

The Odoo Galaxus Product Data Feeds app includes preconfigured feed columns linked to standard fields and follows the core Odoo product management logic. If needed, adjust the feed column configuration through the interface by mapping it to custom product fields.

To manage columns, click the Columns button at the top of the page:

If it is necessary to limit the list of product specifications included in the feed, open the SpecificationKey column in the third-stage feed and specify the desired Attributes:

If the Attributes field is left empty, all product specifications are included in the feed.

Before connecting feeds to Galaxus, click Preview to review the configuration result:

After completing the configuration, copy the URL of each feed:

Then, provide the Digitec Galaxus support team with all three HTTPS feed URLs for data exchange through web services.
