Product ID Number is a practical and powerful Odoo extension that adds a dedicated unique Product ID field to your product records and ensures its visibility across major business workflows. Many organizations require a structured or numeric product identification system beyond the default internal reference, especially for compliance, reporting accuracy, warehouse control, and audit clarity. This module introduces a custom Product ID Number field in the product form and automatically integrates it into Purchase, Sales, and Inventory operations.

01.âFirst, please navigate to the Purchase module and add the Product ID accordingly.â
02. Now, please navigate to the Purchase module and create a new RFQ. You will then be able to see the Product ID displayed in the product line section.
03. This is the Purchase Order, where you can see the Product ID displayed in the product order line.
04.This is the Vendor Bill, where you can see the Product ID Number displayed in the corresponding column.
05. You can also see the Product ID Number displayed in the Purchase Order line.
06.Then, navigate to the Inventory module and go to the Reporting section. From there, open the Locations menu. Upon selecting this menu, you will find the Product ID Number displayed in the corresponding column.
07.Now, please navigate to the Sales module, click on the Orders menu, and create a new RFQ. You will then see the Product ID Number displayed in the product order line column.
08.This is an invoice product order line where you can see the Product ID number.
09. This is a sales invoice where you will find the Product ID number column.
10. The Product ID number column appears in the sales order line.
