Last Purchase Price on Every Product
Instantly see what you last paid for a product - in your own currency - right on the product form. Updated automatically the moment a purchase order is confirmed.
The problem this solves
When you reorder, quote, or negotiate, you need to know what you paid last time - fast. Digging through old purchase orders is slow, and when vendors invoice in different currencies the numbers are hard to compare. This app puts the answer where you already work: on the product itself.
What this app does
On the product
Shows the last purchase price on both product templates and variants - only where "Purchase" is enabled.
In your currency
Converts the vendor price to your company currency at the confirmation-date rate, and keeps the original vendor price too.
Always up to date
Recalculated automatically when a purchase order is confirmed - no manual entry, no waiting for a batch job.
List & report ready
Optional columns in the product lists, plus a dedicated Last Purchase Prices view to filter, group and export.
What you can see at a glance
Last price (company currency) · Original vendor price · Purchase date · Vendor · Source purchase order
How to use it
Good to know
• The section is hidden on templates that have several variants, since the price can differ per variant - each variant still shows its own.
• Both the converted company-currency price and the original vendor-currency price are stored.
• Only products with Purchase enabled show the information.
Smarter buying starts with knowing your last price
Install once and see it on every product, automatically.
