How It Works
⚙️ Set Minimum Margin Thresholds
Go to Sales › Configuration › Settings. Set the global minimum gross margin percentage. Optionally override per product category or individual product in the product form.
⚠️ Alert on Low Margin Lines
When a salesperson adds a product to a quotation at a price that yields a margin below the threshold, a warning appears on that line — showing the actual margin vs the minimum required.
🔒 Block or Warn Mode
Configure whether the module blocks order confirmation when any line falls below minimum margin, or simply flags it for review. Managers with the right access level can override warnings.
📊 Margin Report
Go to Reporting › Margin Analysis. View margin by product, salesperson, and customer. Identify which lines are systematically sold at low margins and take corrective pricing action.
