Configuration
Enable collaboration in seconds:
- Go to your Project > Configuration > Settings.
- Locate the Assignment Settings.
- Check "Allow Portal User Assignment".
Workflow
Assigning tasks:
Select User
In the Task form, click on Assignees. Search for your Portal User by name.
Safety Check
Only users with valid Portal access (and Active status) will appear. If you disable the setting, they will no longer be selectable.

- Search for "Joel (Portal)".
- Result: Use shoud appear and be selectable.
