Reschedule Project Task
Reschedule an existing project task when creating a new task in calendar view
Features:
- New field Select Task to reschedule an existing project task in calendar view
- Existing tasks, whether older or scheduled for the future, can be rescheduled
- Rescheduling can be done in the day, week, month, and year calendar views
- Rescheduling can also be done from other views (e.g., list view), but this module is primarily intended for the calendar view
- Rescheduling can also be done in Field Service tasks, but the Select Task list is not filtered to Field Service tasks
Procedures
Go to Project > Tasks > My Tasks, All Tasks or any task menu, then select the Calendar view.
Select the Day, Week, Month, or Year calendar view. To reschedule an existing project task, select the desired day and/or time, then choose the task to be rescheduled.
After selecting an existing task, update the details if needed, then save it.
Verify that the existing task has been rescheduled.
