The module also includesUser Access Rights to control usage permissions. Administrators automatically receive full access to create and manage Auto Blog Plans, while standard users not able to view AI AutoBlog module.

After installing the module, administrators will find a new menu named AI Auto Blog Generator & Scheduler in the Odoo backend. From this menu, you can create and manage Blog Plans including frequency (Daily / Weekly / Monthly), topic, and keywords. Based on the configured schedule, the system automatically generates and publishes blogs using the selected AI provider.

After downloading and installing the module, you will see the AI Autoblog main menu for Administrators. Inside this menu, you will find the AI Settings section, where you can choose an AI provider (such as OpenAI) and securely add the provider’s Secret Key. This configuration enables the system to automatically generate high-quality blogs based on the selected plan.

Inside the Plans menu, you can create a new blog generation plan. Fill in all the required fields such as Plan Name, Topic/Keyword, Language, Tone, Blog Type, and AI Configuration (selected from the AI provider setup in settings). After completing the details, simply click the Generate Content button to start the automated blog creation process.

After the content is generated, review the AI-generated output and click the Approve button. Once approved, you will see the Approve & Activate option, which enables automatic publishing of future blog articles based on the plan’s schedule. This allows continuous auto-posting without manual intervention.

After the plan is activated, you can view the number of successfully posted blogs through the Smart Button on the plan form. You can also see the published blog list under the Publishing Posts tab with detailed records. Additionally, the system provides a Pause button that allows you to temporarily stop automatic publishing at any time.

After the plan is activated, the generated blog posts are automatically published under the Website → Blogs menu. Blog publishing occurs through a scheduled Cron Job based on the posting frequency set in the plan (daily, weekly, etc.), ensuring continuous content delivery without manual effort.
