Workflow Configuration

Workflow Setup
Define the workflow name, select the model, choose which buttons to hide for record freezing, and set approval levels with designated approvers.
Purchase Order Workflow
An example workflow approval applied to purchase orders. Selected buttons are hidden and a new 'Approval' tab is displayed.
Step-by-Step Approval
Buttons for approval and rejection appear for each approver in sequence. Once one approver acts, the request moves to the next approver. Email notifications are also sent for better tracking.
Workflow Completion
Once all approvals are granted, the hidden buttons reappear and the record is ready for further processing.
User Delegation
The workflow includes a delegation option for users who are on leave, ensuring their pending approvals can still be processed.
Delegation Wizard
A wizard allows delegation by selecting the current user (on leave) and the new user who will temporarily handle approvals.
Revert Delegation
When the original user returns, their records can be reassigned back to them by selecting the employee and clicking 'Revert'.
Approval Requests Overview
The Approval Requests menu lists all workflow requests with search functionality for quick access.
Bulk Actions
Users can select multiple requests and perform bulk approval or rejection actions.
Approval Dashboard

User Access Control
Access can be granted as Admin or User. Admins can view all records and dashboards, while normal users can only see their own records.
