After installing the module, a new "Company Location" menu becomes available under the Settings section in the Attendance module.
Configure your Active Company Location add coordinate of Location.

You can pick the coordinates from Google Map as well. Open Google Map select Location Copy URL and paste in Company Location. It will pick your coordinate automatically.

Administrators can control Geo-Fencing attendance rules at the employee level. By enabling GPS validation for specific employees, the system ensures that check-ins and check-outs are allowed only within the assigned office location range.

By default, the Geo Location Attendance option is enabled for all employees. Navigate to Employees → Select Employee → Settings tab to manage this setting. If GPS validation is not required for a particular employee, simply untick the “Geo Location Attendance” option to disable location-based validation for that user.

It allows you to configure location settings at the employee level, ensuring that employees can check in only from their assigned office locations. You can also define and manage multiple office locations as needed.

If the employee attempts to check in from outside the allowed radius, the system automatically blocks the action and displays a location validation warning.

Allow attendance only from authorized employee devices to prevent unauthorized check-ins and check-outs.

• Automatic Check-In

Automatically check employees in when they enter configured geofence locations.

• Automatic Check-Out

Automatically check employees out when they leave all assigned geofence areas.

• Location Check Interval

Define how frequently Odoo verifies employee GPS location to balance accuracy and battery usage.

• Auto Check-In Locations

Select specific company locations for automatic attendance, or leave empty to allow auto check-in at any assigned employee location.

If an employee attempts to check in from a location beyond the allowed radius or other Office Location, a validation alert is shown and attendance is blocked.

Admins can view employee check-in and check-out coordinates, associated company name, and the actual distance from the assigned location.

Configure employee devices by sending registration tokens and linking approved devices for attendance tracking.

Link an employee device using the secure token received by email to enable attendance tracking from the registered browser.

Navigate to Menu Attendance --> Reporting --> Attendance Map Report Add your Filters and it will redirect you on google map with checkpoints
