Merge Invoice

These module provide an overview of the different merge types and their effects on the Invoices within your module. Users can choose the appropriate merge type based on their specific requirements and workflow.

• New Cancel
This creates a new invoices and simultaneously cancels all of the selected invoices. This means that existing invoices will be replaced by a new one, and the canceled invoices will no longer be considered for further processing.


• New Delete
This option is useful if you want to replace existing invoices with a new one and remove the old invoices entirely from the system.


• Merge Cancel
This useful to contents of the selected invoices are combined into one invoices, and the other invoices are canceled. It helps in consolidating multiple invoices into a single one while canceling the others.


• Merge Delete
This useful to contents of the selected invoices are combined into one quotation,and other invoices are not canceled but deleted.
