Go to the Apps menu and search for Create Receipts directly from a Purchase Order. You will find our app listed as shown in the image below. Simply click Install to enable direct receipt creation from Purchase Orders along with product-wise receipt history tracking.

Once the Purchase Order is confirmed, a new Create Receipt button becomes available on the Purchase Order form. Click this button to open a receipt creation wizard, allowing you to generate incoming receipts directly from the Purchase Order without switching screens.

When you click the Create Receipt button, a wizard opens showing all Purchase Order product lines. For each product, you can view the Product Name, Ordered Quantity, and Already Received Quantity. Enter the quantity you want to receive now and click Create Receipt to generate the receipt for the specified quantities.

After entering the desired quantities in the receipt wizard, click the Create Receipt button to generate the incoming receipt. The system automatically redirects you to the newly created receipt form, where you can validate the receipt, review product details, and update the record as required.

Once the receipt is validated, the system automatically updates the Received Quantity on the corresponding Purchase Order lines. This provides real-time visibility of received products directly on the Purchase Order, ensuring accurate tracking of partial and completed receipts without manual updates.

On each Purchase Order product line, a History button is available. Clicking this button opens a wizard displaying all receipts created for that specific product line. This gives users a clear, product-wise view of receipt history, including quantities received across multiple receipts.
