Características principais
Planos de subscrição
periodicidade (mensal / trimestral / semestral / anual), preço por período, classe de IVA de Portugal Continental (23% Normal, 13% Intermédia, 6% Reduzida, 0% Isento ou personalizada) e artigo associado. Cada plano calcula o seu valor mensal e anual equivalente.
Contratos de cliente
linhas com quantidade, preço, desconto por linha e desconto global, datas de início/fim, próxima data de fatura, estados (Rascunho / Ativo / Suspenso / Encerrado) e renovação por período.
Geração de faturas em rascunho
manual, por assistente em lote ou por tarefa agendada diária. As faturas são criadas como ``account.move`` em estado **rascunho**; o IVA é pré-preenchido a partir de um imposto de venda correspondente quando existe.
Análise de MRR / Churn
fotografias diárias de Receita Recorrente Mensal, ARR, MRR novo/perdido, MRR líquido novo, taxa de churn e ARPA.
Cobrança (dunning hook)
assistente e tarefa agendada que assinalam contratos com faturas vencidas e agendam uma atividade de seguimento.
