PT FCT/FGCT
Fundo de Compensacao do Trabalho (FCT) e Fundo de Garantia (FGCT): calculo mensal das contribuicoes por contrato, saldos por trabalhador, folha mensal e exportacao do ficheiro.

Características principais
Contratos elegiveis
registe cada contrato abrangido pelo regime (sem termo, a termo certo, a termo incerto, de muito curta duracao), com a retribuicao base mensal e as diuturnidades. A elegibilidade e calculada automaticamente (regime aplicavel aos contratos celebrados a partir de 1 de outubro de 2013; exclusoes assinaladas com o respetivo motivo).
Percentagens configuraveis
as taxas de contribuicao FCT (0,925%) e FGCT (0,075%) sao parametros editaveis no catalogo de esquemas de fundo, pelo que se adaptam a futuras alteracoes legais sem mexer no codigo.
Folha mensal
para um mes/ano, a folha expande cada contrato elegivel numa linha com a base de calculo (retribuicao base + diuturnidades), o valor FCT, o valor FGCT e o total. Mostra o numero de trabalhadores, os totais e a data limite de pagamento (dia 20 do mes seguinte).
Saldos por trabalhador
ao fechar a folha sao lancados os movimentos de contribuicao por trabalhador. O FCT capitaliza um saldo individual por contrato (utilizavel para pagar a compensacao por cessacao); o FGCT acumula a contribuicao para o fundo mutualista. Um assistente regista o levantamento do FCT ate ao saldo disponivel.
Exportacao do ficheiro
exporte a folha para CSV/TXT para a submeter no portal dos Fundos de Compensacao com as suas proprias credenciais.
