Features Document categories with default retention years (fiscal 10y, accounting, labour/Segurança Social, commercial, civil, GDPR/RGPD personal data). Automatic destruction-eligible date computed from the reference date plus the legal retention period. Access control levels (public / internal / confidential / restricted) with a per-document authorised-users list enforced in Python. Retention reviews, legal hold (suspensão de prazo) and destruction logging. Daily scheduled scan that flags documents whose retention has elapsed and raises activities for the responsible user. CSV export worksheet of the document register for audit purposes.
