Features Sócios e planos — members with their membership plan (mensal, trimestral, anual), join date, status and SEPA mandate data (IBAN, mandate reference). Mensalidades — recurring monthly dues generated per member and plan, with due date, state (pending / paid / failed) and payment method. Débito direto SEPA — group pending dues into a direct-debit batch and export a SEPA pain.008 file / CSV WORKSHEET that the gym uploads through its OWN bank's homebanking. The module never connects to or transmits to any bank. Controlo de acessos — access log of member check-ins, with a validity check against the membership status and outstanding dues. Marcação de aulas — class scheduling with capacity, trainer, and member bookings with a waiting list when full. Treinadores — trainers with their classes and schedule. Gestão de churn — churn indicators (failed dues, inactivity) and a dunning worklist for failed payments.
