First-digit type detection: singular person (1,2,3), collective person (5), public administration (6), informal partnership / heritage (7,8), non-resident (9...), etc. Mass verification wizard: scan a selection (or all) partners, classify each as valid / invalid / not Portuguese, and produce a CSV worksheet of the results for review.
