Auto-send POs to vendors

Email confirmed purchase orders to vendors automatically

Stop forgetting to email confirmed POs. Turn on one setting and Odoo emails the purchase order to the vendor the moment it is confirmed.

One switch

Enable Auto-send on Confirmation in Settings.

On confirm

Uses the standard purchase email template.

Sends once

Only when the vendor has an email; a note is logged.
