📋 GRN Created on Partial Receipt
When goods are received partially against a Purchase Order, the module automatically creates a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) documenting what was received, quantities, and the receipt date.
📝 Add Quality Notes
On the GRN, the warehouse team can add quality inspection notes — documenting condition of goods received, any shortages, or damage discovered during receipt.
🔄 Track Pending Deliveries
From the GRN view, see exactly how much of each PO line is still pending delivery. Follow up with suppliers on outstanding quantities using the data from the GRN tracker.
📊 GRN Reporting
View all GRNs by supplier, date, or purchase order from the GRN report. Use GRN data to evaluate supplier delivery accuracy and reliability over time.
