The Purchase Sequence Module will modify the sequence based on the purchase
status with login users prefix
.
As per the given User Short Code, the purchase form will
capture the users prefix
along with the sequential order.
If short code is mentioned in the user form, the sequence
will be generated in the purchase form along with the login users short
code
and the purchase status.
If short code is not mentioned in the user form, the
sequence will be generated in the purchase form with purchase status without login
users prefix
.

When user creates the purchase quotation entries, the users short code
along with PO status will be generated and shown in the sequential order.
If the Users short code is available and the status of the Purchase is updated
The short code and the PO status will be generated along with the sequence number in the purchase order form.
If the Users Short Code is not Mentioned
If the users short code is not mentioned, then, the sequence will appear based on
the status of the purchase, and the draft status will appear as RFQ
.
If the short code is not mentioned and the status of the record is purchase Order.
If the users short code
is not mentioned, then, the sequence will appear
based on the status of the purchase, and the confirmed status
will appear as PO
.
