Install List View Record Limit from Odoo Apps
Navigate to the Odoo Apps menu and search for List View Record Limit. You will find the application listed as shown in the image below. Install the module to control how many records are displayed per page in list views across your system. After installation, configuration options will be available in Settings → General Settings.
Configure List View Record Limit from Settings
After installing the module, navigate to Settings → General Settings. Scroll down to the List View Record Limit section, which appears just after the Languages configuration. From here, you can define how many records should be displayed per page in list views across the system. The change applies instantly without requiring any additional setup.
Record Limit Applied in List Views
Once the record limit is configured, open any model’s list view
such as Sales Orders, Customers, or Products.
The list will now display the number of records defined in the settings.
In this example, the limit is set to 40,
so the pager shows 1 – 40,
confirming that the configuration is successfully applied system-wide.
