One purchase order. Multiple receipts. Zero manual work.

Simple 3-step workflow
1. Create your purchase order as normal and add your order lines.
2. Open the Multiple Warehouse Receipt tab and define which products go to which warehouse on which date.
3. Confirm the order â separate receipts are created and confirmed automatically for each combination.
SUPPORTED SCENARIOS
Every real-world distribution scenario covered.
The module intelligently groups distribution lines and generates the right receipt for every combination your business needs.
Same warehouse.
Different arrival dates.
Receive part of your order in May and the rest in June â into the same warehouse. The module creates separate receipts per arrival date so your schedule stays accurate.
3 units to Warehouse A on May 1
2 units to Warehouse A on May 3
Result: 2 separate receipts with correct scheduled dates

Multiple products.
Different warehouses, same date.
Order contains Product A and Product B, each going to a different warehouse on the same arrival date. Products are grouped correctly into one receipt per warehouse.
Product A (5 units) Warehouse A, May 1
Product B (3 units) Warehouse B, May 1
Result: 2 receipts, each with the correct product and destination

Everything combined.
The module handles it all.
Mix partial assignments, multiple products, multiple warehouses, and multiple dates in the same order. Unassigned quantities are automatically routed to the default warehouse â nothing is lost.
Assigned lines go to the specified warehouse and date
Unassigned or partially assigned quantities go to the default warehouse
No quantity is ever lost or forgotten
All receipts link back to the original purchase order
Smart Default Routing
Assigned lines
Go to the specified warehouse on the specified date
Remaining / unassigned quantities
Automatically routed to the order's default warehouse
KEY FEATURES
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Multiple Warehouse Receipt Tab
A dedicated tab on the purchase order form for defining warehouse, product, quantity, and arrival date for each distribution line.
Automatic Picking Creation
On order confirmation, one stock receipt is generated per unique warehouse and date combination. All receipts are auto-confirmed and ready to process immediately.
Zero Quantity Loss
Any quantity not assigned to a distribution line is automatically routed to the order's default warehouse. Nothing is ever left unaccounted for.
Full Traceability
Every generated receipt is linked back to the source purchase order via chatter. Complete audit trail from purchase to warehouse receipt.
Standard Flow Compatible
If no distribution lines are defined, the module steps aside and standard Odoo single-warehouse behavior applies unchanged. No disruption to existing workflows.
Built-in Validation
The module validates that distributed quantities never exceed the ordered quantity per product and raises a clear user error if a warehouse has no Receipt operation type configured.
