Set Up
Install Odoo Moosend Email Marketing Integration | Campaign & Subscriber Sync app from the Odoo App Store
Navigate to Email Marketing > Moosend > Accounts. Enter your designated API Base URL and input your secure Moosend API Key. Click the Test Connection button to verify the API bridge between Odoo and Moosend.
You can also sync the senders from here which you have created from Moosend account.
Work Flow
Click on Register Webhook for the Real-time Synchronization.
Steps to create the Automations are written in the wizard.
Inside your Odoo instance, navigate to Email Marketing > Mailings. Create to build a brand new email campaign template. Set Subject, Recipients as Mailing list, ensuring your target mailing list has Sync to Moosend enabled. Select an appropriate verified sender from the synchronized senders dropdown menu. Click the Push to Moosend button to transmit the campaign data. Also verify the "Send from" and "Reply To" field set correct.
Log in to your Moosend platform to verify the campaign is successfully staged and visible. Send the mail from a campaign.
Deliver your staged email campaign out to your target audience via Moosend. Return to the specific mailing campaign record inside your Odoo mailing integration. Click the Sync Moosend Stats action button.Review the freshly updated performance statistics panel, including metrics on delivered emails opened, replied, received and all.
Subscribers can be added from both Odoo and the Moosend account. By default, a new subscriber is added as an active subscriber.
If you want to change the subscriber's status to Unsubscribed, Bounced, or make them Active again, you can manage and update the status directly from your Moosend account. And you can see the Real-Time Synchronization in the Odoo.
