Download and install the Odoo Omnisend Connector: Customer Data & Behavioral Tracking module.

Step 2: Setup Settings & Authenticate

Go to Omnisend >> Configuration >> Settings. Enter your Omnisend API Key, click Test Connection to verify, and enable your sync options for Contacts, Products, and Orders.

Step 3: Initial Data Sync

Click Run Initial Sync inside the settings page to automatically queue and synchronize all existing Contacts, Products, and validated Sales Orders.

Contact Synchronization Flow

Create or update a contact in Odoo >> System generates a background sync task >> Omnisend ID is stored and contact appears in your Omnisend Dashboard.
