Remittance Advice Report

Overview
This app enables users to generate and print Remittance Advice directly from Vendor Payments in Odoo. It also provides an option to send the Remittance Advice via email using the "Send receipt by email" popup.
For Vendor Payments, users can enable a dedicated Remittance Advice configuration that automatically applies the customized email template and custom PDF report attachment.
The Remittance Advice report includes the Company Signature Image configured in Company Information, ensuring professional and compliant payment communication with vendors.
Features
🧾 Remittance Advice Report
• Print Remittance Advice PDF directly from Vendor Payments.
✍️ Company Signature Support
• The Signature Image configured in Company Information is automatically displayed on the Remittance Advice report.
📧 Send Remittance Advice by Email
• A dedicated option is available in the "Send receipt by email" popup for Vendor Payments.
⚙️ Remittance Advice Email Configuration
• A Remittance Advice boolean configuration is available only for Vendor Payments.
• When the option is enabled:
◦ Automatically applies the Remittance Advice Email Template.
◦ Automatically attaches the Remittance Advice PDF to the email.
• When the option is disabled:
◦ Uses default standard odoo Payment Email Template and attachment.
How It Works

When no configuration is set, Odoo automatically applies the default email template and report attachment.
Remittance Advice Configuration Enabled in Popup.
Enabling Remittance Advice will automatically update the Email Template and Report Attachment.
Once sent, the email will look like the following.
Remittance Advice Report also attach in the email.
After sending, the email will be automatically attached to the payment’s chatter by default odoo's flow.
