User Activity Dashboard
Find inactive Odoo users in 60 seconds and reclaim paid seats
Starts at 1.99 USD
Your team has 40 Odoo seats. How many people actually logged in last month? Last quarter? You can export user lists and cross-check login dates manuallyâor you can open one pivot table and see everyone's last login, last record created, and last workflow action in a single view.
Filter by department, role, or date range. Sort by inactivity. Spot the accounts that haven't touched Odoo in 90 days. Before your next Enterprise renewal, you'll know exactly which seats to drop.
One construction firm with 60 seats found 12 unused accounts in their first auditâ$400/month saved, recovered in under 5 minutes of work. The table updates live, so you can run quarterly checks without exporting CSVs or writing SQL.
You already pay for Odoo Enterprise. This shows you who's using it.
