What is Sale Price Change Restriction all about?
Sale Price Change Restriction is a feature that helps businesses control who can modify or reduce the unit price of products on Sales Orders in Odoo.
Administrators can configure this setting from the Sales Settings under the Pricing tab by selecting specific users who are allowed to change the unit price.
The restriction is applied only when a pricelist is selected on the Sales Order. If an unauthorized user attempts to reduce the unit price below the pricelist price, the system automatically prevents the change and displays a warning.
This ensures better pricing control, prevents unauthorized discounts, and allows only trusted users to make price adjustments when necessary.
