Kiosk Attendance Timesheet
Turn every kiosk check-in/out into a project timesheet â automatically
Employees clock in at the Attendance kiosk and pick what they are working on. When they clock out, a timesheet line is generated on the right project and task. No double entry, no forgotten hours.
Key Features
Automatic timesheets
Each completed attendance (check-in + check-out) creates one timesheet line. Worked hours, date, project, task and employee are filled in for you.
Project & Task at the kiosk
A dedicated kiosk screen asks for the Project and Task at check-in. The task list is filtered to the chosen project â no wrong imputation.
Configurable per company
Three switches in Settings > Attendances: enable timesheet generation, make the Project mandatory, make the Task mandatory. Each company of a multi-company database is independent.
Always in sync
Edit the hours, change the project, delete or reopen an attendance â the linked timesheet follows. One attendance maps to exactly one timesheet, never a duplicate.
How it works
- Install the module and open Settings > Attendances > Kiosk Timesheets.
- Enable Create Timesheet based on Attendance.
- Optionally require Project and/or Task at the kiosk.
- Employees check in at the kiosk and select their project/task.
- On check-out, the timesheet is generated on the project â ready for analysis and billing.
