Hide Portal Button in Emails
control portal access buttons
by quotation, order or invoice
Decide when Odoo should hide the portal access button in outgoing email notifications, using simple settings for quotations, confirmed sales orders and customer invoices.
Hide portal access without changing templates or document workflows.
The module keeps Odoo's standard notification flow and only disables the portal button flag for the selected business documents.
Simple checks
Configure everything from Settings with independent checkboxes for quotations, orders and invoices.
Exclusive default
The Do not hide option restores native behavior and clears the specific hiding options.
Sales control
Quotation emails can be treated differently from confirmed sale order emails.
Invoice control
Customer invoice emails can hide the portal button independently from sales documents.
Choose the document types and keep sending emails normally.
After installation, open Settings, enter the RRM Mails area and select exactly where the portal access button should be hidden.
Open Settings
Go to the Settings app and find the RRM Mails configuration block.
Select checks
Enable quotations, orders, invoices or any combination of those options.
Send emails
Odoo sends notifications as usual, without the portal button for the selected documents.
Control portal button visibility in native Odoo emails.
Hide Portal Button in Emails helps you decide which outgoing documents should keep direct portal access and which should be email-only.
soporteodoo@rrmconsultoria.esCommon questions.
Does it modify email templates?
No. It keeps the templates intact and changes the notification recipient group so the portal button is not rendered.
Where is it configured?
In Settings, inside the RRM Mails block added by the module.
Can options be combined?
Yes. Quotations, orders and invoices can be combined. The Do not hide option is exclusive.
What dependencies does it use?
It depends on Sales and Accounting because it applies to sale.order and account.move notifications.
soporteodoo@rrmconsultoria.esDudas habituales.
