POS Discount

Enhance your Odoo Point of Sale with easy-to-use Global Discount functionality. Apply discounts using either Percentage or Fixed Amount directly from the POS interface.

Installation

First to install the exact module s_pos_discount

Configuration

Enable the Global Discount option from the POS Settings and select the Discount Product that will be used to apply the global discount.

Global Discount Popup

Click the Global Discount button from the POS screen. A popup will appear allowing you to choose the discount type and enter the discount value.

Apply Percentage Discount

Select Percentage, enter the required percentage, and the system automatically calculates and applies the discount.

cancel discount

If you want to erase the applied discount line from the order then click the cancel discount button

Apply Fixed Amount Discount

Select Fixed Amount, enter the required amount, and the system applies the specified value as a global discount.

Workflow

1. install the s_pos_discount module.
2. Configure Global Discount from POS Settings.
3. Open a POS Session.
4. Add products to the order.
5. Click the Global Discount button.
6. Select Percentage or Fixed Amount.
7. Enter the discount value.
8. The discount is automatically applied to the order.
9. Complete the payment as usual.
10. If u want to remove the discount line use the cancel discount button
