A Quotation That Sells
The standard Odoo quotation looks generic. This module prints a corporate-branded PDF with your company logo, a certification seal (ISO / SGS / UKAS) and an optional internal document code in the header — the document your customers expect from a serious supplier.
Configure Once, Reuse Always
Bank accounts, withholdings and payment conditions are kept in a single per-company HTML block and printed automatically on every quotation. No more copy-pasting payment data into each offer, and each company in a multi-company database keeps its own block.

1. Configuration Guide
Set up your corporate layout once, at company level:
- Go to Settings > Companies and open your company.
- Open the Corporate Quotation tab.
- Set the Document Code and upload the Certification Logo.
- Upload the Footer Icons (phone & email SVG).
- Fill the Payment Details HTML block with your bank accounts.
- Save. Every quotation now uses these values.
2. Operating Manual (Workflow)
How a quotation is produced for the end-user:
Create the Sale Order
Build the quotation as usual: customer, products, sections and notes, payment term and validity date. Nothing changes in your day-to-day sales flow.
Set Delivery Lead Time
Enter the delivery lead time in working days. It is printed in the "Delivery Time & Place" part and feeds Odoo's native scheduling through the included dependency.
Print the Quotation
Use Print > Quotation on the sale order to generate the corporate PDF, with header logos, code, the four content parts and your branded footer on every page.
Multi-Company Ready
Each company prints its own logos, document code, footer icons and payment block. The bank-account holder shown on the report is the company itself — no hard-coded names.

Scenario 1: Company Configuration
- Go to Settings > Companies and open your company.
- Open the Corporate Quotation tab.
- Set a Document Code, upload a Certification Logo and fill the Payment Details block.
- Test: Save without errors. The values persist on the company.
Scenario 2: Complete Quotation
- Create a sale order with products, a section and a note.
- Set a payment term, a validity date and a delivery lead time in working days.
- Use Print > Quotation.
- Test: The PDF shows the four parts, header logos + code and the branded footer on every page.
Scenario 3: Optional Fields Empty
Clear the Document Code, Certification Logo and Footer Icons on the company.
- Print the quotation again.
- Result: The report generates cleanly, simply omitting the empty elements — no broken layout, no error.
Scenario 4: Multi-Company
- Configure a second company with a different payment block and document code.
- Create and print a quotation under each company.
- Result: Each PDF shows its own company name as account holder, its own logos, code and payment details.
Scenario 5: Delivery Lead Time
- Enter a delivery lead time in working days on the sale order.
- Print the quotation.
- Result: The "Delivery Time & Place" part shows the working-day promise and the native scheduled date stays consistent.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
Common Resolutions
The payment block is empty on the PDF?
Reason: The company's Payment Details field has not been filled.
Fix: Go to Settings > Companies > Corporate Quotation tab and complete the Payment Details HTML block.
No delivery time shows on the report?
Reason: The working-day delivery lead time was not set on the sale order.
Fix: Set the Delivery Lead Time (Working Days) on the order; the module installs that field via its dependency.
Can I show my ISO / SGS certification?
Answer: Yes.
Detail: Upload your seal in the Certification Logo field and it is printed next to the company logo in the header.
Is this compatible with Multi-company?
Answer: Yes!
Detail: All settings live on res.company, so each company prints its own branding, code and payment details, with its own name as the bank-account holder.
