Field Sales for Odoo
Turn Sales into a field operation
Assign a daily route of customers to each sales rep, capture the GPS location where every order is confirmed, measure the distance to the customer, flag out-of-range orders, and follow stops and reps on interactive maps - all inside Odoo Sales.
No external service. No API key. Maps use OpenStreetMap and a bundled Leaflet library.
What you get
Key features
GPS-stamped ordersOne click on Confirm with location captures the browser GPS where the order is taken and stores it on the sale order. |
Distance & out-of-rangeAutomatic distance between the customer and where the order was taken. Orders beyond a configurable threshold are flagged out of range. |
Daily routesAssign an ordered list of customers (stops) to each rep, see them on a map, and take orders from each stop with one click. |
Auto check-inConfirming an order automatically marks the route stop as visited and links the order to the stop. |
Orders per stopSee how many orders and how much was sold at each point of the route, and open them in one click from the list or the map. |
Reporting & dashboardOut-of-range orders report and a rep dashboard (graph + pivot) to analyze field activity by sales rep. |
In 5 steps
How it works
|
Geolocate your customers (Settings > Integrations > Geo Localization, OpenStreetMap). |
|
Create a daily route and assign the customers each rep must visit. |
|
The rep opens a customer, creates an order and clicks Confirm with location. |
|
The GPS, distance and out-of-range flag are stored; the stop is marked visited. |
|
Managers review the out-of-range report and the rep dashboard. |

The flows, end to end
Step 1 · GPS check-in
One tap confirms the order and stamps the GPS
Click Confirm with location: the order is confirmed, the browser GPS is captured, the distance to the customer is measured and the order is flagged in or out of range — here, 31 m, in range.
Step 2 · Daily route
See the day's stops on a map
Each route lists its customers with orders and amount sold per stop. Open the Route map to see every stop plotted on OpenStreetMap — no API key, no external service.
Step 3 · Reporting
Analyze field activity per rep
The rep dashboard breaks orders down by sales rep and in/out-of-range, as bar, line or pie — plus a pivot for the detail. Switch views in one click.
