One Click Copy
Select any sale order and copy it to another company in one click. All lines, prices, discounts, sections and notes are transferred automatically.
Full Traceability
Every copy is logged in the chatter with a direct link to the copied order. The source order also shows a counter of all its inter-company copies.
Bulk Copy
Copy multiple sale orders at once from the list view. Select all the orders you need, choose the target company and copy them in one action.
Access Control
Only companies the user has access to appear as targets. No risk of copying to a company you shouldn't access — fully secured by Odoo's native access rights.
Sections & Notes
Sections and notes are copied with the correct sequence — the target order looks exactly like the source, including all structural elements.
Tax Auto-Assignment
Taxes are automatically reassigned based on the target company's configuration — no manual tax adjustment needed after copying.

One Click from the Action Menu
Open any sale order, click Action → Copy to Another Company. The option is available directly in the standard Odoo action menu — no extra navigation needed.
Simple and Clean Wizard
Select the target company, choose whether to copy notes, and click Copy Order. Only companies you have access to are shown — fully secured.
Full Traceability in the Chatter
Every copy is logged automatically in the source order chatter — with the target company name, date, user, and a direct clickable link to the copied order.
Bulk Copy — Multiple Orders at Once
Select multiple quotations from the list view, click Actions → Copy to Another Company. The wizard shows all selected source orders and lets you choose one target company for all of them.
Instant Result in the Target Company
All 3 orders (S00053, S00054, S00055) appear instantly in My Company (Chicago) — same creation date, same lines, same prices. Ready to work with immediately.
How It Works
Three steps, immediate result
Open the action menu
From the sale order form or list view, click Action → Copy to Another Company.
Select the target company
Choose which company should receive the copy. Only companies you have access to are shown.
Click Copy Order
The order is duplicated instantly with all lines, taxes, and traceability. A confirmation message shows the new order reference.
