Sale Lost Reason
------
Track and analyze why sales opportunities are lost with customizable lost reasons and team-level configuration
Overview
----------------
This module extends Odoo's Sales functionality by adding lost reason management for sales orders, similar to the CRM module's lost reason feature. When a sales order is canceled, users are prompted to select a lost reason from a customizable list (e.g., "Price too high", "Competitor chosen", "No budget"). This requirement can be enabled or disabled per Sales Team, providing flexibility for different sales processes. The lost reasons are stored on orders for comprehensive reporting and trend analysis, helping businesses identify common obstacles in their sales pipeline, understand competitive dynamics, refine pricing strategies, and improve overall sales processes. Configuration is simple: enable "Use Lost Reason" in Sales Team settings and manage lost reason options through Sales > Configuration > Lost Reasons.
