The Merge Sale Orders module reduces manual effort, avoids confusion caused
by multiple quotations
for the same customer, and ensures your sales team works faster with greater accuracy.
With this app, you can streamline order processing.
Features
Select multiple quotations and merge them into one single order.
Get a warning if the selected orders belong to different customers.
All details are fully fetched; items with different prices are added as separate order lines.
Receive a warning if you accidentally select an invalid or already processed sale order.
It suggests options based on the selected order, but if you want to change them, you can modify and set them.
Select the orders, click the Action button, and then click Merge Orders.
After clicking Merge Orders, a wizard appears where you can review the details, choose the operation you want, and then click the Merge Orders button.
Merge Sale Order
If you select orders from different customers, a warning will be shown.
If the selected order is in the confirmed stage, a warning will be shown and it will not be merged.
To merge into an existing order, select “Merge into Existing Order” and choose the target order.
Based on your Source Orders Action selection, you can cancel, delete, or keep the source orders after the merge operation.
