Dynamic Dimension Handling

Allows users to define and manage product dimensions — length, width, and area (m²) — directly within Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Manufacturing orders.

Automated Pricing Calculation

Automatically computes the unit price based on area_m2 × price_per_m2, reducing manual errors and ensuring consistent pricing across all transactions.

Integrated Reporting

Populates the new fields (length, width, area, price per m²) in all related PDF and print reports, including Sales, Purchase, Invoice, Manufacturing documents for complete traceability.

Create Product Dimension in Sales Order.

Sales users can enter length (m) and width (m) for each product in the sales order line. The system automatically calculates the area (m²) and computes the unit price based on the area and the defined price per m².

Sale Order PDF Report View

The sales order PDF display length, width, area, and calculated net price.

Product Dimension on Customer Invoices

When an invoice is generated from a sales order, the length, width, and area are automatically copied to the invoice line.

Invoice PDF Report View

The invoice report shows the updated length, width, area, and net price for each product.

Product Dimension on Purchase Orders

Purchase users can enter length and width on purchase order lines for products. The system calculates the area and determines the unit price per area automatically.

The Purchase order report shows the updated length, width, area, and net price for each product.

Product Dimension on Manufacturing Orders

Production users can add length and width for the main product in a manufacturing order. The system calculates the area and price based on the entered dimensions.
