This module allows the use of internal sales order lines that are intended only for internal operations and should not be visible to customers. Lines marked as internal will be automatically hidden from quotations, customer portal, invoices, and delivery orders, ensuring that customers only see the billable items. However, these internal lines will still trigger internal operational processes such as Purchase Orders, Manufacturing Orders (MRP), and Project Tasks, allowing companies to manage internal costs, services, or operational activities without exposing them to the customer. This helps maintain a clean customer-facing document while still supporting internal workflow and resource planning within Odoo.
Additionally, we have added an advanced option on the Sales Order line in the form of a checkbox, which allows internal lines to optionally pass to delivery orders when required. This provides greater flexibility for companies that may still need internal items to be processed through warehouse operations while keeping them hidden from customer-facing documents.
