Automate your sales and purchasing processes by seamlessly converting sales orders into purchase orders, reducing manual intervention.

How it works

Creation of RFQ/PO for out-of-stock products or all products in the sales order and auto-confirm them by clicking on Create RFQ/PO.


Sale order form


In the Sales Order form, within the wizard, you can trigger the following actions:

  • Create RFQ for Out of Stock Products: Generate RFQs for products that are not available in stock.
  • Create RFQ for All Products: Generates RFQs for all products in the sales order, regardless of stock status.
