Sales Integrated Attachments and Instructions for Manufacturing| Unified Attachments and Instructions for Sales & MRP

This module enables adding attachments and instructions directly on the Sales Order Line. During the standard Odoo workflow, when a Manufacturing Order (MO) is automatically generated, the linked documents, attachments, and instruction details from the Sales Order Line are seamlessly transferred to the corresponding Manufacturing Order. This ensures clear communication, consistent documentation, and improved traceability between Sales and Manufacturing processes.

This module provides a seamless bridge between Sales and Manufacturing by enabling attachments and instruction notes to flow automatically from the Sales Order Line to the Manufacturing Order (MO). It enhances communication, documentation accuracy, and operational traceability throughout the production lifecycle.

With this integration, users can upload or record attachments, documents, and instruction details directly on each Sales Order Line. When Odoo generates a Manufacturing Order through the standard workflow, these attachments and instructions are automatically carried forward to the related MO. This ensures that production teams always receive the correct documentation and customer-specific requirements without manual intervention or the risk of missing information.

Main Features:
  • Allows users to add attachments and instruction notes directly on the Sales Order Line.
  • Automatically transfers all attachments and instruction details from the Sales Order Line to the Manufacturing Order during Odoo standard workflow.
  • Passes additional key fields to the Manufacturing Order, including Customer, Sales Order Reference, and Sales Order Line Reference.
  • The transferred attachments are also displayed in the standard Odoo chatter attachment section of the Manufacturing Order.
