Automatic Partner Level Analytic Distribution and Discount in Sales Orders

Partner Level Visibility on Customer Portal

This app allows you to configure Analytic Distribution, Discount on the Partner form view partnership/Membership Tab. When a Sales Order is created and order lines are added, the Analytic Distribution, Discount, and Partner Level defined at the partner form view are automatically applied based on the selected customer. After confirming the Sales Order, when an Invoice is created through the standard Odoo workflow, these partner level are also passed and reflected in the invoice lines.

Main Features:

  • Partner Form Configuration
    • Configure Analytic Distribution, Discount, and Partner Level on the Partner form view under the Partnership/Membership tab.
  • Automatic Application in Sales Orders
    • When a Sales Order is created and order lines are added, the Analytic Distribution, Discount, and Partner Level defined at the partner form are automatically applied based on the selected customer.
  • Invoice Workflow Integration
    • Upon confirming the Sales Order, when an Invoice is created through the standard Odoo workflow, these partner level is passed and reflected in the Invoice Lines.
  • PDF Report Integration
    • As the Partner Level field is added to the Sales Order Lines, it is also included in the Sales Order PDF Report.
    • Similarly, since the Partner Level field is added to the Invoice Lines, it is included in the Invoice PDF Report.
  • Portal Visibility
    • The Partner Level field is also displayed on the Customer Portal for both Sales Orders and Invoices.
