The user can view and manage only the Sale Orders they have personally created.

Access Own Leads.

The user can access only the Leads they created, ensuring each team member handles their own opportunities.

Access Own Customers

The user can view only the Contacts where they are set as the Salesperson, maintaining focused access control.

Configure Access for Sales Team Leader

Select Sales Team Access Right as Team Leader and Sales Access Right as User: Own Documents Only. This provides extended access to their team’s records.

Access Team Sale Orders

The Sales Team Leader can view and manage Sale Orders created by both themselves and their team members.

Access Team Leads

The leader can access Leads created by them and their entire sales team, ensuring full visibility of team opportunities.

Access Team Customers

The leader can view Contacts where they are the salesperson, or where the salesperson is one of their team members, allowing efficient team management.
