Return Processing Without Missing Any Odoo Step
SBS Auto Return connects Sales, Inventory, and Accounting so users can follow a simple approval flow while Odoo creates the correct operational and financial documents.
Identified Delivery Return
Select the original sales order and completed delivery. Return quantities are limited to products that were both delivered and invoiced.
Unidentified Customer Return
Receive products even when the customer cannot provide the original invoice. Pricing follows the customer pricelist and fiscal position.
Exchange During a New Sale
Add returned products on the Sales Order Return tab, then complete delivery, invoicing, return receipt, credit, reconciliation, and net settlement together.

Install and use SBS Auto Return with standard Odoo Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. No other SBS module is required.
Compatibility layers activate automatically when SBS Auto Delivery and Invoice, SBS Multi-UoM, or SBS Sales Discount is installed.
Identified returns remain linked to the original stock move and original valuation.
Returned stock without an identified delivery uses the product's current cost.
Posted customer credit notes preserve products, prices, taxes, discounts, and invoice links.
Credits first offset unpaid original invoices or the new exchange invoice.
Allocate one or several journals and leave any unallocated balance as customer credit.
Collect only the net amount due or refund only the excess customer credit.
Tracked products require the exact lot or serial number before approval.
Standard alternate units work in the standalone module, while optional SBS integrations preserve configured multi-unit pricing and fixed-discount metadata.
A failure rolls back the complete operation instead of leaving partial stock or accounting records.

Controlled Two-Level Approval
SBS Auto Return User prepares and confirms the transaction. SBS Auto Return Manager reviews financial values and settlement methods, then performs the complete return.
