This app extends Odoos standard Activity Scheduling feature, providing enhanced visibility and management capabilities. It consolidates all scheduled activities across various records into a central location.
    Activity Managers: View all scheduled activities across the system, ensuring comprehensive oversight.
    Supervisors: Access team-specific schedules, allowing them to manage and monitor their teams activities.
    Employees/Users: Have personalized access to their individual schedules, enabling them to efficiently track and manage their tasks.
This global scheduling functionality streamlines activity management by centralizing activities across different documents and modules, allowing users to seamlessly view, track, and manage their schedules.

Main Features:

• Access Control Levels:
• Manager: Has full access to monitor all user activities across the system.
• Supervisor: Can only monitor the activities of users assigned to them.
• User: Limited to viewing and managing only their own scheduled activities.
• Available Views:
• Users can view and manage scheduled activities using various views, including:
• List View
• Calendar View
• Kanban View (with categories for Late, Today, Future)
• Pivot View
• Activity View
• Graph View
• Activity Reporting in Business Intelligence:
• Reports are available based on activity data, with filters for Delayed, Today, and Future activities, tailored to the user’s access rights.

User Access Levels for Activity Scheduling

1. Normal Users:
Users have access to view and manage only their personal activities through the "My Activities" menu. They are restricted to their own schedule without any access to team or global activities.

2. Activity Supervisors:
In addition to viewing and managing their personal activities via the "My Activities" menu, supervisors can also access the "My Team Activities" menu. This allows them to oversee activities assigned to their team. When creating or assigning activities, supervisors can be designated, granting them visibility and management capabilities for activities within their team.

3. Activity Managers:
Activity Managers have the highest level of access. They can view and manage activities across the entire system, with access to:

• "My Activities": Their personal activity schedule.
• "My Team Activities": Activities assigned to their team.
• "All Activities": Full visibility of all activities across all users, teams, and departments.
