Enable Cron-Based Automation

Activate the Enable Cron option to allow Odoo to handle scheduled survey delivery seamlessly in the background.

Enable Survey Scheduling (Cron)

After installing the module, open a Survey and enable the “Enable Cron” option to activate survey scheduling.

Set Scheduled Date

Once Cron is enabled, select a Scheduled Date on which the survey should be automatically sent to participants.

Configure Sharing Options

Using the Sharing Option, select one or more participants to whom the survey should be sent.

Automatic Survey Email Dispatch

On the scheduled date, the system automatically sends the survey email to all selected participants without manual action.

Cron Status Update

After the survey email is sent successfully, the Cron Status is updated to Done, confirming successful execution.
