Scheduled Record Archiver runs rules you define once. Pick the model (leads, projects, contacts, or any custom object). Set the trigger—records older than 6 months, status equals 'Lost', last activity before a date. Choose daily or weekly. The addon archives matching records automatically.

No Python code. No cron job setup. No domain filter syntax. You configure rules in plain dropdowns. If you archive something by mistake, unarchive it with one click—nothing gets deleted.

Installation

  1. Copy the scheduled_record_archiver folder into your Odoo addons path.
  2. Restart your Odoo server.
  3. Activate developer mode and click Update Apps List.
  4. Search for Scheduled Record Archiver and click Install.
