Configuration in Odoo
- Start by creating a Temu integration profile in Odoo.
- Enter the basic details such as the Temu region, app keys, access token, and the middleware details provided by SerpentCS.
- This setup allows Odoo to connect with Temu safely and smoothly.
Category Sync
- Go to the Master Data section and enable the Product Category Sync option.
- This will load all Temu categories into Odoo along with their related attributes and values, so your product setup becomes easier.
Existing Temu Category Attribute Sync
- The module also syncs existing Temu categories that are marked as “leaf” categories.
- These categories come with their supported attributes and values, making product mapping simple and accurate.
Temu Trademarks Sync
- You can import all Temu trademarks (brands) into Odoo.
- This helps in matching your Odoo products with the correct brand information used on Temu.
Product Sync
- Fetch all products from Temu into Odoo in one click.
- Products come with their complete details, including variants, attributes, and images, allowing you to manage everything inside Odoo.
Product Cost Sync
- Update product cost in Odoo using Temu’s base pricing.
- The system fetches valid SKUs in batches and updates the standard price of corresponding variants automatically.
Order Sync
- Load Temu orders into Odoo as standard sales orders.
- The module handles customers, products, order lines, shipping details, delivery status, and Temu order updates — making your order flow fully automatic.
Product Export to Temu
Use the Export to Temu button (server action) to send single or multiple Odoo products to Temu.
Before exporting, the system applies important checks to avoid Temu listing errors:
* Category must be selected
* Attributes must follow the category rules
* Required attributes must be filled
* Non-sale attributes must have only one value
* Parent/child VID dependency rules are checked
* Normal specs and custom specs are handled correctly
After passing these checks, the product is successfully published to Temu.

This approach ensures stable connectivity, centralized logging, enhanced security, and easier support management.
This connector is ideal for businesses and sellers who want to automate Temu marketplace operations directly from Odoo.

Integration Architecture
Odoo does not connect to Temu directly. All requests are routed through a secure managed middleware service.
Flow:
Odoo → SerpentCS Middleware → Temu Partner API → SerpentCS Middleware → Odoo

Temu Partner Account Requirement
You must have an approved Temu Partner account.
Use the correct partner portal for your region:
- Global: https://partner.temu.com
- Europe: https://partner-eu.temu.com
- USA: https://partner-us.temu.com
From your Temu partner account, you will receive:
- Temu App Key
- Temu App Secret
- Temu Access Token
These are issued by Temu according to their policies and approval process.
Middleware Access & Service Charges (Important Clarification)
This module requires an additional Temu Integration Middleware Service provided by Serpent Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.
Purchasing the Odoo module alone does not activate the integration.
The middleware service is required to:
- Handle Temu API communication
- Manage authentication securely
- Maintain API logs
- Route and validate requests
- Provide operational reliability
The middleware is provided as a SaaS-based managed service and is billed separately on a subscription / periodic basis.
