How the Sale & Purchase Tracking Works
Comprehensive Product List View
Navigate to the Sales or Purchase module and open the Product Variants list view. The module integrates four dynamic columns: Last SO, Last SO Date, Last PO, and Last Purchase Date. This provides a unified dashboard to monitor both sales velocity and procurement cycles for all products simultaneously.
Interconnected Data: Both SO and PO references are fully clickable, allowing you to instantly open the specific order record for deeper analysis of prices, quantities, or partners.
Last Sale Insights in Product Form
Open any Product Variant and click on the Sales tab. A new dedicated section titled "Last Sale Information" is integrated below the Quotation Description. This area displays the most recent Sale Order (SO) reference and the exact Last SO Date, providing instant sales history without leaving the product page.
Automated Tracking: The system continuously monitors confirmed sales. As soon as a new sale is finalized, these fields update automatically to ensure your team always has the latest data for sales planning.
Last Purchase History in Product Form
Navigate to the Purchase tab within the Product Variant form. Beneath the Purchase Description, you will find the "Last Purchase Information" group. This section instantly identifies the most recent Purchase Order (PO) and the exact Last Purchase Date, allowing your procurement team to verify previous vendor activity and pricing without manual searching.
Procurement Efficiency: By clicking on the PO reference link, users can quickly jump to the confirmed purchase order to review vendor terms, quantities, and taxes from the last successful transaction.
