Sendit Delivery for Odoo
Send your sales orders to Sendit, collect cash on delivery anywhere in Morocco, print labels and follow every parcel without leaving Odoo.
One screen for every confirmed order: what Sendit will receive, what to fix first, and a Send button.
Ready in two steps
Paste your Sendit API keys, choose your pickup city. Production and demo keys are told apart automatically, and Sendit's city list, with each city's price, is imported at once.
Checked before it is sent
Moroccan phone formats, missing street, unknown city, amount above your account limit: each problem is named on the order, and Send stays off until it is fixed.
Never sent twice
A second click, a slow network or two people on the same order never create a second parcel. A parcel created before a timeout is found and linked, not duplicated.
Cities that just match
"Casa", "Fès", "Salé", "الدار البيضاء": accents, aliases and Arabic are matched to Sendit's list. A city you fix by hand is remembered for the next order.
Labels and statuses
10x10 labels one by one or in bulk. Statuses arrive the moment they change through Sendit's callback; an unreachable or refused parcel becomes a to-do on the order.
Sendit at checkout
With eCommerce, customers pick their city or Casablanca neighbourhood from Sendit's list while typing their address, and see the exact delivery price.
Edit before you send
City, cash to collect, courier note, opening and trying the products at the door: everything can be changed on the order screen, one order or a whole selection at a time.
On the sales order
The Sendit tab shows the city that will be used and why, the cash Sendit will collect, and every parcel the order has had. Send, print and cancel from the order header.

Automatic sending when an order is confirmed, default delivery options, the callback URL to paste in Sendit, and the city list, all on one page.
What you need
- A Sendit account (sendit.ma) and its API keys, from your Sendit dashboard, page Integration API.
- Odoo Sales. Inventory and eCommerce are optional: with Inventory, validating a delivery order sends the parcel; with eCommerce, the checkout city picker is added automatically.
- English and French included.
Data sent to Sendit
Sendit is an external delivery service. Nothing is sent until you connect your Sendit keys. Then, for each order you send, Odoo sends Sendit what the parcel needs: the customer name, phone, address and city, the amount to collect, the products and your notes. Sendit sends back the parcel code, its status and the label. Your API secret key is stored encrypted in your database.
